Based on the information provided, it is very true that the lady in question is physically fit going by the descriptions of her anatomy as provided for in the facts
therein. This is largely attributed to her daily and regular exercises that he has been faithfully engaged into. The repetitions involved in her regular physical
exercises is what is responsible for these positive results that a clear evidence of what physical exercises when taken seriously can do to a human body. For
instance, the Back-scratch right arm 5.4 seconds being in a normal average used for agility and dynamic balance, and last 6 Minute Walk a total of 532.66 yards being
in normal range.Chair stands a total of 14 being in a above average used to check lower body strength, Arm Curl total of 15 being in a normal range used to upper body

total of 532.66 yards being in normal range. Such measurements demonstrate the perfect state of physical fitness demonstrated by this person under consideration. The
secret, however, lies in the fact that the physical exercises or rather trainings have to be sustained constantly to avoid any scenarios of skipping since this may
reverse the gains made during the previous exercises. Furthermore, based on the results posted, she has the propensity to even grow stronger if she increases the
frequency by which she engages in such exercises altogether. This also means that reducing the times that she engages in such physical exercises will be detrimental to
the gains made so far. Such a person is not prone to diseases such as high blood pressure and heart related conditions which are often countered by such frequent
physical trainings that are meant to keep a person fit at all times.

them and socialize and making friends. Also, be with students and be able to teach then and give then an advised. she had learn through life and to pass it to the
younger students and giving then good advice.

They start on 05/2014, Is been 3 years and 5 months.
5. What are the two best things for them regarding the FAU Well Program? (200+ words,
one is that by participating in the program and be able to be a part of a group of older people by coming here the program would continue and many people can take
advantages about this program that the FAU give to the older adults. Keep track of the exercises and learn the perfect way to do the exercises is very important
because when we get older we lost the perfect form to do the exercises and we start doing it wrong. This program would teach us to have a perfect form and having
students supervising us. The other is to Help the students with their future whatever they choose to do or continue the education and what they want for their lives,
and by been here it make it think twice about where they want to go after the graduate or what they want to do or continue working with the adults. Because the
students don’t have the connection to work with the older adults and this way the students would get experience. If the program continue it would help many students
and also the adults that participate to get all the advantages that this program can bring.

My participant told me that she wants to have something stronger to work on. Make it littler harder to her because the exercises that she do are very easy and her body
already abduct that she don’t feel anything when she is doing it. She said that by making different upgrades to the exercises or making different workouts that they
can choose this would be perfect.
The second thing she said is to make the class different every day. Come up with different workouts and routine because is more monotone. If it was possible to add
like different activities would make the class more attractive and more people would love just to do something different or by that they get more involved.
