Personal statement on need for a waiver

I need a personal statement stating on how my mother and I have struggled financially due to covid- 19 and the
pandemic and her having to take off time from work. I am a full time student and graduated with my bachelors
this fall 2020 as I am dealing with the expenses right now. Due to this exam and studying full time i cannot work
so another reason this waiver will help me. Please come up with any excuse that you feel is appropriate for in
which I can get this DAT fee waiver and add it in.
