Persons on death row

    a. What are the characteristics of persons on death row today? b. What ideas can you add to the reasons for including educational programs for prisoners and what, if any, programs do you think could be beneficial to those on death row? c. Compare female and male inmates (also those on death row) by their criminal histories, their family characteristics, and the offenses for which they’re incarcerated and discuss what could potentially allow and help those inmates to become law abiding citizens if given a chance outside of prison?
