This essay needs to be a 3 page policy memo from the perspective of a government official writing to the president advocating for a different policy than the one Reagan took on during the Invasion of Grenada in 1986. The essay should have a background of pertinent information/variables regarding the matter to be decided, and explain why this policy should be taken and the pros and cons of the decision.The essay should advocate for a policy that would be acceptable of the Reagan Administration and lead to a better outcome than the actual event.
