As we discussed in class, a great way to start gathering input from your Key Stakeholders is to produce a Project Charter (very similar to your Scope assignment with the word Preliminary in front of Scope Description and Product Description) Add Preliminary in front of the Scope Description and Product Description and add 3 signatures on the bottom and submit it for your Integration input.
