PRESENTATION Please assume that you have been asked by a supervisor to brief that person on a recent legal issue or court decision. As a competent staff member, you will orally brief your boss and create 4-5 power point slides to explain and support your analysis. As an alternative situational context, place yourself in the same situation but your mission is to advocate for and persuade your leadership to adopt and/or support a particular legal stance or requirement. As before, create 4-5 slides which support the position you are taking about the law and your rationale. Specific optional or mandatory compliance with a law or regulation is acceptable. Note: the best PPT sets avoid a mere recitation of verbose "bullets"; the best power points have a theme and illustrate major points and use graphics and charts to explain a position.
