Presidential use of executive orders

The U.S. president is able to issue “executive orders”. The following paper needs to be about the appropriate use of presidential executive orders. First define executive order (in your own words). Briefly discuss the historical use of executive orders (use real examples and be specific) and then select an executive order issued by president Trump, one that dealt with an issue, you believe was appropriate handled by executive order, and explain why the executive order was more appropriate than legislative action.
