The purpose of this proposal is to find business solutions for Mello, and to improve sales
Topic: Mellow must improve sales performance during the pandemic.
Problem: The price of the product is higher than that offered by a new competitor, so their sales are decreasing. They need to up their marketing game to generate more sales.
Product: Smart kitchen robot that connects to a smartphone to function.
Process: Social media marketing, targeted ads that highlight the quality of the product, and an announced 3-day sale are some of the processes proposed.
