Develop a procurement communications plan for the case study that you selected for your final project in the style of Figure 6-4 in the textbook. In your submission, identify the communications activities, state who is involved or responsible, and indicate the frequency of the communication activity. In two paragraphs, state the significance of a procurement communications plan for project success.
