Project Management Order Description This paper is for a Project Management course with an emphasis in the area of assessing and mitigating risk. No source materials are required except for what is provided in the attachments. The first two pages of the Project Management Risk Plan (attached) provide the introduction and Project Scope of the fictitious business followed by 5 areas where description and or assessment are needed. The video script (attached) supplements the information needed to complete the assignment. Numbers 1-3 require only 1-2 paragraphs each. Numbers 4 & 5 require one table each.
