Project Management: Opening CPA certification in College Project Management: Opening CPA(Certified Public Accounting) certification in College Give a project proposal  about opening the possibility of having a CPA certification teaching and practice preparation sessions and offering the possibility of undertaking the exam in our College in Dubai. Our college is our company of choice. Criteria to follow: 1- Executive Summary - a short summary statement covering the fundamental nature of the proposal in minimally technical language, as well as the general benefits that are expected. 2- Cover Letter 3- Nature of the technical problem 4- Plan for Implementation of Project 5- Plan for Logistic Support and Administration of the project 6- Description of group proposing to do the work 7- Any relevant past experience that can be applied. (once college had a practice session to one of the accounting certifications but when students signed up, it got cancelled)
