Project proposal document

Write a draft project proposal document (Docx) for your final project. The document must include the following:

1. An executive summary of your project including a description about the problem you are solving (i.e. the proposal)
2. Detailed requirements (If you were hiring an offshore programmer to do this, what list of requirements would you give them)
3. A brief description of the math/science behind the solution(s) you are envisioning
4. An appendix listing all your background research and URL’s, including links to any existing software (open source or otherwise) that solve this or similar problem.
