  Description       Provide a high-level, detailed outline of the steps that should be taken in a strategic public procurement of produce for school lunches. Group the steps within the 6 major phases of the contracting cycle. Discuss the importance of each step and why it must be taken. Explain how the phases and steps you identified should relate to one another. 2. (1-page) Discuss what you believe will be the principal challenges and opportunities for public procurement and contract management during the next five to ten years. 3. (1-page) Identify the factors/criteria a public procurement official should consider when determining the method of source selection and type of contract that should be used in a contemplated procurement of turnout gear for the fire department? Assume that there have been quality problems with the gear procured in the recent past.
