The result is poorer overall outcomes in terms of patient safety and satisfaction with their treatment experience. At the legislative level, a lack of funding or support from government agencies can further limit access by decreasing resources available for medical facilities and staff members specializing in QSEN topics . This can lead barriers towards implementing new protocols like reducing readmission rates for congestive heart failure patients , promoting cost effective treatments ,or providing community based services for those suffering from terminal illnesses . If lawmakers do not prioritize investing in educational resources such as specialized courses on QSEN topics or technology solutions that improve communication between providers and patients , then there will remain significant challenges towards improving public health across all demographics . To move forward with advocating for greater access at both point -of –care settings as well as more legislation level change requires collaboration between different stakeholders involved in heath policy development including hospital administrators , legislators civil society groups etc.. Advocacy efforts should focus on increasing awareness regarding current gaps within our health system while also highlighting innovative approaches being taken by those leading reform initiatives around the world . Additionally focusing on building relationships through grassroots campaigns that emphasize how increased investments into specific areas such as nurse training practices or supportive care offerings can lead positive changes within local communities will help bring together individuals who are interested working together towards bettering our collective wellbeing Alongside traditional advocacy tactics such lobbying elected officials engaging media outlets etc., digital tools like social media platforms are becoming increasingly important methods through which advocates can reach out potential supporters identify key decision makers who have influence over funding decisions spread targeted messages create dialogue surrounding relevant issues etc.. Utilizing all these strategies alongside each other should form comprehensive strategy aimed elevating public discourse around improving access quality healthcare serving vulnerable populations need it most
