Read in you PMOBK about Time Management, Chapter 6, 141 to 190. Using your Milestones, prepare 25 tasks, for your project. Please use Excel, List you Milestones and then indent to show your tasks. Make them very brief and to the point, very clear so everyone will understand. Your next assignment will be to load them into MicroSoft Project, Primevera or ProjectLibre.
