Reasons for Failure

  Think of an organization that has been in existence for as long as you can remember. A Fortune 500 company, for example. Why and how has the company managed to survive all the years despite radical growth in technology, political changes, and economic trials and tribulations? Where does leadership fit into the picture? In response to your peers, using the same organization as a basis, research whether the organization always operated on an ethical basis in order to remain successful.
