Objective: To appreciate the two major Reconstruction programs emerging after the Civil War. Lincoln and Congress put forth divergent reconstruction policies. In one paragraph, first define both Executive and Congressional Reconstruction. Next, in your body write a persuasive argument in support of one. In other words, which Reconstruction policy do you support and why? Finally, please conclude appropriately.
