Recruitment Plan Design
Using the job description, you have already created a designed recruitment plan to find a suitable candidate for this role (assuming it will be an external recruitment). The plan should include the following:
-Identify any internal or external factors that may impact the recruitment (i.e. organization policies, labor market conditions, unique skills required, etc.);
-Recommendation and justification on advertising medium (i.e. job boards, social media, recruitment agency, referral program, post-secondary institutions, etc.);
-Sample advertisement (can be text and/or graphics depending upon medium chosen);
-An approximate timeframe and budget for recruitment; and
