Read and review the case study on page 155 of your text. In a 4 FULL page paper, hypothesize why the organization is experiencing a staffing shortage and provide solutions to overcomes the hypothesized shortcomings. Suggest at least two types of recruitment strategies the task force should consider with rationale for the choice of strategies.
