Reflection of practicum experience

      For each clinical day, you are asked to submit a well written reflection of your practicum experience in a paper not to exceed two (2) pages. The paper should describe a situation which stood out for you on your practicum day. Describe what happened; What were the salient issues in the situation as you understood them? Why was the issue an important leadership concern? What did you learn from the situation? What did you learn from how your preceptor handled it?
