Reflective Placement Summary (Pharmacy) Order Description Objective- (1000 words) Demonstrate knowledge, skills and attitudes appropriate to independent professional pharmacy practice. The placement report should be a reflective account of their placement experience. They should have considered the environment, people, policies and pharmaceuticals. Marking criteria (for 2:1)- Knowledge and comprehension = Substantial breadth and depth of relevant knowledge and use of high quality sources relating to the placement visit. Application = successful application of knowledge in the discipline gained on the placement. Analysis and Evaluation = Evidence for independent thinking, questioning and reflective approach with some personal value judgement. Good reflection on placement all four areas considered Presentation = good structure and good bibliography
