Religion in the news

  Pick an event or topic in American religion (past or present, although present will likely be easier to do without digging into the library’s newspaper archives.) Collect and evaluate three different newspaper accounts on your event or topic. How do the authors present the history of the issue, if at all? What does each emphasize? Has anything been left out? If so, how are they the same and/or different?
