Response Essay
A response essay should be 500 words minimum. Questions will be assigned to serve two purposes. First, they will address key issues and important points in the readings. Second, they will be designated to develop particular critical thinking and writing skills students that will be expected to utilize in the argumentative essay.
Question:
Write an essay in which you take a position on the “authenticity” issue in the use of psychopharmaceuticals, clearly stating the reasons for your view. Ask yourself the following question might help you shape your position: Does the use of these drugs pose a problem for the authenticity of the self?
