Rethinking Leadership

Rethinking Leadership The question for this topic is: Drawing on key leadership theories, critically analyse and discuss the leadership in which a specific leader has been(or is) involved. These elected leaders could be located within an organisational, business, political, religious, or perhaps a sports context. Your answer should be informed by post-heroic and/or critical theories and should be careful to avoid overly romanticized accounts of individual male or female leaders.
