1- selenium nanoparticles has potent effect in cells and lead to apoptosis in dose dependant maner and time dependant manner (the cells dies after 48 hours exposure at dose 1microgram/ml) -oure data showed that selenium induce intrinsic apotosis , no necrosis , some papers conflict our data because they found selenium nanoparticle induce necroptosis or necrosis , reasons ( we use chemical synthesis , they use different methods to synthetize the nanoparticles , size and shape and coating materials might play role in faith of cell program death- we can benifit from selenium nanoparticles in killing cancer cells and other patological cells in other diseases
