Self-Evaluation for promotion at work. Going from Nurse I to Nurse II Order Description   wrote a bit of a background and examples, also included a self-eval that my co-worker wrote that gained her the same promotion. This needs to be written in the third person as my manager will sign it and turn it in to the Hospital's panel review committee.
