monitor and analyze. You may have to look at larger classes of behavior.

METHOD (250 words max): a description of the participant, an operational definition of the behavior you have
chosen, and a justification of the monitoring method.
RESULTS (300 words w/o SORCK): present and describe your findings. Graph of your self-monitoring data,
provide verbal description, make SORCK table that summarizes your analysis, and a behavioral formulation
that verbally describes your table.
DISCUSSION (950 words max): propose a program to change the behaviour that you monitored. This
intervention should be based on operant conditioning principles and derived from your SORCK analysis.
