Servant leadership in Nursing

In a written paper, analyse the roles of clinical nurse leader and follower in the leadership process. Using servant leadership theory, discuss the defining characteristics/ behaviours that enable effective leadership within the clinical setting as proposed by this theory. Analyse which components of your leadership theory present a valuable contribution to nursing teamwork and supporting change in the workplace. Identify strategies to develop effective followership and justify how these strategies compliment the leadership process.
