The saying has been said for so long and taught so hard that young adult male are at a higher risk for dying by
suicide then their female counter parts. they are scared to ask for help show signs that they need help for fear
that they will be thought less of a man. it needs to end because the hardest thing for anyone to do is to ask for
help to show their emotions what truly makes a man less of a man is not asking for help bottleing there
emotions and then after enough presser has built up they explode and take it of in the form of: abuse, suicide,
murder, damage to their body by over drinking.
