Signature Assignment Order Description Your paper should reflect what you have learned in the course. The paper should include the following: •An introductory history leading up to the introduction of the Title IX law. •The underlying philosophy behind the law. •Implementation issues since the law was enacted. •Where the law may be headed. For example, will Title IX ever exist at every institution in the United States? What obstacles still lie ahead for the law? •A conclusion incorporating a reflection of your personal feelings regarding the law and its enactment in intercollegiate athletics. Be sure to include the following in your position paper: •An APA-format cover page. •The paper will be 12-15 double-spaced pages in length, using 12-point Times New Roman font. The cover page and reference list are not included in this page count. •Address all five sections outlined above. •Include a minimum of 10 reference citations. (Refer to the APA Manual that contains instructions and examples regarding how to cite legislative policy.)
