    Based on the feasibility study undertaken in your specific groups, outline the nature of the chosen sports event. Identify the component tasks that will need to be achieved in order to successfully run the event. Considering these tasks formulate a plan of action. The plan should include a clear identification of roles and responsibilities within the group and should acknowledge a timeframe and establish ‘deadlines’.   Section 2 Analyse the economic viability of the chosen event. Outline a budget plan demonstrating how funds will be raised and how sponsors will be secured for the event.
