  Niagara Luxury Resort has several positions to fill. It is your job to develop job descriptions, recruitment plans, and a selection process that will be followed. Be sure to consider EEO issues in each step. Positions available: Restaurant Waitstaff – 3 positions; need to fill as soon as possible General Manager – 1 position; current manager is being transferred in three months Job description issues (you can add others): Tasks/duties Responsibilities What are the job specifications, KSAs? Hours required (how many and when) Who supervises the job? Who reports to this position? Recruiting issues: Who will do the recruiting? Where will you find applicants? How will you advertise the job openings? How long do you plan to advertise? Write the advertisement for each type of position.   Selection issues: How will you determine who gets an interview? About how many candidates should you interview? Why? Will you use any selection tests or other methods of assessment? If yes, which ones and why? Interviews: What format or formats will you use? Who will conduct them? What questions will you ask? (Provide 3 or 4 examples) How will you decide who to hire?
