Stages within the police officer recruitment process

        There are several important stages within the police officer recruitment process that are listed below: · physical agility, · written examination, · background checks, · training academy, · field training, and · polygraph examination. Each stage of the recruitment process is important and provides law enforcement recruiters with vital information concerning a recruit’s qualifications. You will discuss each stage and provide the information that will be collected from that process. Part II In your opinion, which is the most important stage in the recruitment process? Why?
