Facilitation is one of the most critical elements in successful strategic planning. Many people are part of the process, but usually one person takes the lead for facilitating the strategic planning process. The facilitator will make sure there is key stakeholder involvement. Discuss the role of the board members, physicians, senior management and other clinicians in the strategic planning process. Use what you have learned from the Required Studies and any additional research you accomplish to formulate your response.
