Strategic planning

          Strategic planning helps an organization understand what is most important and therefore determine what to do when and what resources to apply. Strategic planning for the entire organization is performed by the organization’s leadership. As the CISO of CB Drifter Technologies you may very well be part of the team that creates the organization’s strategic plan. Security strategic planning is a subset of the organization’s strategic planning.
