Students will address 3 issues chosen from the following list: ? Leadership Character ? Ethics ? Gender relations ? Leading change ? Conflict management ? Crisis management/adversity ? Sustainability Consideration will need to be given to the following: ? Structure and quality of the report ? Rationale for the selection of the issues ? Demonstration of an understanding of contemporary leadership theories ? Evidence of research based analysis
