Then based on your research and interview, construct a supervisory/evaluation plan that your group thinks best meets the needs of the administrators in your school or district. 2.    Teacher supervision in a true “learning community”:  What would it look like? What are some of the “cutting edge” teacher supervision/evaluation systems out there? What benefits are being gained in schools where they are in use? Then based on your research and interviews, construct a supervisory/evaluation plan that your group thinks best meets the needs of the teachers in your school or district.
