Using the reading assignment on on Carbon Dioxide this week, use concepts from any of the previous readings to discuss (1) how CO2 should be analyzed; and (2) how concepts like "pollution" or "externality" are limited in discussing how to understand (and address) CO2 as a greenhouse gas.
