In the serving phase of implementing a Continuous Improvement Plan, educational leaders assess the effectiveness of the changes that have been implemented. Knowing the importance of a school CIP, consider how you as a leader would motivate, rationalize, and promote sustainable change on your school’s campus. Consider your feelings about change and how change is perceived on your campus.
For this assignment, continue to review the site’s CIP and measurable outcomes. Consider the degree to which the chosen actions in the CIP are not only effective, but also sustainable.
