SWOT Analysis Paper

        Assume you are the Vice President of Strategy and Business Planning at Coastal Medical Center. It is your responsibility to recommend to the CEO and President, and hence the Board, what direction the organization should take based on information at hand. Like any good strategist, the first step you take is to conduct a SWOT analysis on the organization. In five pages or less, discuss the following:   · Describe the process you took to develop the SWOT analysis · Describe the results of the SWOT analysis. · Develop a graphic that visually depicts your SWOT analysis · Determine and recommend next steps to take given the results.
