Tax research problem has 5 parts: Facts, Issues, Rules, Analysis and Conclusion. Facts, Issues, Rules were already given, just only the Analysis and the Conclusion that need to be done. Analyzing the case to answer question from Issues part by using all the rules were given in Rules part and come up with a conclusion.
