Technology and Work Objectives: Investigate how work has evolved since the Industrial Revolution and how technology has influenced this evolution in the US and in other countries. Describe the changes in technology and work since the Industrial Revolution and the interplay of this history with other significant historical events. Analyze the effect of the work environment on different groups in society throughout the history of “modern work.” Discuss the nature of industrial work in the Twentieth Century?
