Temperament Styles

Select one temperament style (selected- GUARDIAN Style) of a person on your project team. Based on your
temperament style (my temperament style is RATIONAL), describe how you would motivate that style to exhibit
upper-level behavior and list the techniques you would use to improve low-level behavior. Include at least three
credible references in addition to the texts, with at least one of these being a peer-reviewed journal article.
