The introduction is meant to explain the assignment and give the reasons for choosing the company(Tesla) and country(Brazil). Reasons such as the growing and
diversifying global electric car market, and more specifically the growing electric car market in Brazil, as well as the potential for expansion in South America and
Brazil due to the market not being too saturated regarding electric cars.

This section is meant to give background information on Tesla Motors, its history, and its current position regarding the global automotive industry and all different
electric car markets.
Tesla’s Previous International Entry Strategies:
This section is meant to detail how Tesla Motors has gone about entering international markets in the past, as well as the difficulties it faced or is facing
internationally in all regards such as servicing, shipping, repairing, etc.
Key Success Factors:
This section is meant to outline different key success factors that Tesla has implemented domestically and internationally in the past, and what KSF’s will contribute
or be useful for entering into the Brazilian electric car market.
Brazil Electric Car Market & Direct Competitor Analysis:
This section is meant to provide background facts about the history and position of the Brazilian automotive industry, specifically regarding electric vehicles. This
section is also meant to complete a “Direct Competitor Analysis” regarding all the companies competing for market share in the Brazilian electric car market, and
