Design and create your own self-report questionnaire using test construction, provide a written description of
the hypothetical process for determining the reliability and validity of your newly developed test. Your
questionnaire must be at least 10 items in length and measure one clearly defined psychological construct of
your choosing. You will need to provide the following: (1) the operational definition of the construct you
selected, (2) process by which you arrived at the selected items, (3) a description and rationale for the scaling
method, (4) the population you envisioned that you could standardize your questionnaire on, and (5) process
by which you would determine (a) the reliability and (b) the validity of your new measure.
