2. Texas criminal justice laws include imposition of the death penalty for certain types of murder. Should the death penalty continue to be used as a form of capital punishment in Texas?
3. Candidates for elected city office in Texas run in nonpartisan elections, meaning political parties have no role in determining which candidates appear on the city ballot. Should Texas city elections remain nonpartisan or should city candidates be nominated to run for office by a political party to help voters better know the ideology of these candidates?
