Texting and writing

Research suggest that texting has a negative impact on academic writing. Unfortunately, we also have some evidence that texting has improved academic writing. Analyze both M. Cullington’s and Yale perspective to answer the following question . Do you agree that the lackadaisical style of texting that infuses middle and high school writing has spills over to college writing? Does texting have positive and negative effect on academic writing? Make sure to support your position with evidence from both articles. Tips: Make sure your thesis statement is clear and concise, Use MLA format, have a clear beginning, middle and end, have strong paragraphs with topic sentences and details, do not summarize both authors, Use the ICE method when quoting from the articles, the essay should be 2-3 pages.
