Assessment-2 Order Description   The brochure (or flip book), authored by the preschool teacher, must contain: 1- some information about her personal and professional background, as well as contact information 2- her teaching philosophy, including: - beliefs about learning through play* - beliefs about parental/community involvement in education* 3- her overall expectations 4- her classroom management strategies and information about the working classroom environment* 5- her key assessment strategies* 6- the various means through which the teacher will communicate with parents 7- the teacher’s methods for encouraging parental involvement inside her classroom and within the school 8- suggestions for parents to support their child’s educational experience at home 9- Calendar of Events for Parents (list only events involving parents) The above information must be cohesive: for example, suggestions for parental involvement should be aligned with the teacher’s expectations, assessment strategies, etc. *Include in-text references Include a Reference List of sources cited in the assignment To get A they need - Extensive independent research, accuracy, familiarity with the material, and sound judgment. -All explanation and reasoning is fully-formed, complete and wholly logical.
