1. Identify 4 to 5 competencies that you developed during your internship experience (they can be positive or negative – learning what you never want to do as a manager is often just as important as learning what specific things you can do to be a successful manager), and why you believe each of these key learnings will be important for you as a future manager. If you have already applied some of these key learnings in your internship, at another job, at school, or volunteer assignment, please discuss that as well. 2. What are your future career plans in the next 3-12 months? Please be specific as possible identifying competency development goals and action steps as necessary. Which three competencies do you see as strengths and why? Which competencies would you like to develop?
