The conflict management resources

            Discuss the conflict management resources available to project managers – both internally in the project organization and in the organization at large. Compare and contrast two different ways of managing an interpersonal conflict between project members who are considered ‘difficult to work with’ by others. Assume the conflict has escalated to a point where it jeopardizes project goals. Explain the expected results of each proposed method and integrate appropriate resources and tools you would utilize. How will you decide which conflict resolution method is best and who will you go to for help?
